Another workday outfit!

This post got its name for two reasons. One, I kind of feel like I'm channeling a (hopefully fashionable) nerd with this outfit...something about the sweater layered over the button-up. Two, I could not figure out the whole time we were taking photos why my collar wasn't even...

See? Here I'm trying to figure out why one side is longer than the other. Of course, I finally realized once I removed the sweater (only after I had taken the photos) that it was buttoned wrong. Ugh. But I digress...

Anyway, I have to tell you...this sweater is my sweater. What I mean is that it's the sweater I've been wearing everywhere. I'm surprised people even recognize me without it. I'm very attached. Living in LA, it's important to have a sweater you can count on to look good when you just throw it on on your way out the door, since you never know what the weather will shape out to be. During June gloom especially (isn't it the worst?), having a reliable, versatile sweater is a must. So I've been wearing this one constantly. I love the nude knit and side pockets.
